Job summary

Business Centric Technology in Irving, TX is seeking a Senior Lead for Endpoint Engineering & Support to own strategy, engineering, and day-to-day operations of desktops, laptops, and endpoints for corporate and branch users.

You will drive endpoint security with Intune and Defender, evaluate DaaS/VDI options, and standardize imaging and patching, while leading vendor relationships and building a team of endpoint engineers and support techs.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in endpoint engineering/desktop support
• 2+ years in a lead role
• Hands-on Intune and Defender experience
• DaaS/VDI experience
• Strong vendor management and leadership skills
• Microsoft certifications (Modern Desktop Admin, Endpoint Admin Associate) a plus

Job description

The SR Lead, Endpoint Engineering & Support will own the strategy, engineering, and day-to-day support of desktops, laptops, and endpoints for corporate and branch users. Drive endpoint security and lifecycle strategy using Microsoft Intune and Defender, manage DaaS offerings, and lead vendor relationships across the end user computing environment. This is a direct-hire position in Irving, TX, working Monday-Thursday onsite and Fridays remote.
