Job summary

Trilon seeks a Senior Endpoint Engineer to own the workplace endpoint ecosystem, standards, and operating model across Windows, Apple devices, and enterprise printing fleets. You will lead architecture, enrollment, and configuration for Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID, and related tooling.

You will guide platform design, vendor coordination, automation, and documentation, while escalation for complex issues rests with this senior technical role. Reports to the VP, Infrastructure & Operations.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience owning enterprise endpoint ecosystems.
• Hands-on leadership without direct reports; guides through influence.
• Expertise with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID, and Mac/iOS device management.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical leadership for endpoint engineering and architecture.
• Define platform priorities, ownership, and executable roadmaps.
• Own endpoint engineering documentation, change control, and rollout standards.
• Manage enterprise-wide endpoint security configurations and monitoring.
• Drive reliability, security, and zero-touch experiences for employees across firms.
