Job summary

Trilon is seeking a Senior Endpoint Engineer to own the workplace endpoint ecosystem, standards, and operating model across Windows and Apple devices, Teams Rooms, and fleet printers. You will lead architecture, setup, and ongoing improvement of enrollment, security, and automation in a distributed enterprise environment.

You will work under the VP of Infrastructure & Operations, balancing hands-on engineering with technical leadership, while ensuring a zero-trust, measurable, and scalable

Qualifications

• 7+ years of endpoint management, systems engineering, or modern workplace experience.
• Hands-on ownership of endpoint platforms across Windows and Apple devices.
• Experience with Intune, Autopilot, and Entra ID device management.
• Strong scripting with PowerShell and API-based automation.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership, architecture reviews, and executable roadmaps for endpoint platforms.
• Own enrollment, configuration, and policy standards for Windows and Apple endpoints.
• Manage packaging and deployment of applications via Intune and third-party tools.
• Lead automation efforts to reduce manual effort and improve reliability.
• Coordinate with security to implement Defender, BitLocker, and vulnerability remediation.
