Job summary

Trilon is seeking a Senior Endpoint Engineer to own the enterprise endpoint ecosystem, standards, and operating model across Windows and Apple devices. You will lead design, modernization, and reliable operation of endpoint management using Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and related technologies.

Reporting to the VP, Infrastructure & Operations, you will drive automation, governance, and secure, zero-touch experiences for employees across partner firms.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in endpoint management or modern workplace engineering.
• Hands-on responsibility for large-scale endpoint environments.
• Strong experience with Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID, and Apple Business Manager.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical leadership and architectural guidance.
• Own endpoint engineering standards, documentation, and change control.
• Define platform priorities, roadmaps, and governance for endpoints.
• Manage Windows Autopatch strategy and third-party app delivery via Intune.
• Develop automation and runbooks to reduce manual effort and risk.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity on Defender for Endpoint and security controls.
• Create dashboards on enrollment, compliance, and device health.
