Job summary

Trilon is seeking a Senior Endpoint Engineer to own the endpoint ecosystem across Windows, Apple devices, Teams Rooms, and the enterprise printer/plotter fleet. This individual-contributor role provides technical leadership, defines standards, and helps build automation and documentation for reliable, scalable endpoints.

Reporting to the Vice President, Infrastructure & Operations, you will drive architecture for Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID, and related tools, balance security with usability,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of endpoint management, systems engineering, or modern workplace experience.
• Hands-on responsibility managing thousands of endpoints through Intune and Autopilot.
• Strong leadership and ability to influence peers without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical leadership, architecture, design review, and practical guidance.
• Establish platform priorities, service ownership, and an executable roadmap.
• Serve as technical authority and senior escalation point for enterprise endpoint management.
• Own endpoint engineering documentation, change control, testing and rollback standards, and knowledge transfer.
• Establish service metrics and drive accountability, reliability, and security.
