Job summary

You will install, configure, and upgrade software and hardware, manage endpoint compliance, and administer cloud-based device management while helping develop technical standards and improve support processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and two years of experience installing and supporting hardware and software.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.

Responsibilities

• Installs, configures, and maintains multiple computer environments, platforms and technologies.
• Manages enterprise endpoint administration and compliance.
• Administers cloud-based device management.
• Leads or participates in endpoint modernization and classroom technology initiatives.
• Collaborates with faculty, staff and students to provide exceptional customer service.
• Performs root-cause analysis and develops solutions to reduce repeat incidents.
