Job summary

Dexcom Corporation is seeking a senior Endpoint Engineer to define and own the technical direction for Windows and macOS endpoints across Corporate, R&D, and Manufacturing. You will design secure architectures using Intune, MECM and Jamf and lead complex projects from planning through execution.

You will partner with Security, Infrastructure, and Manufacturing IT to ensure compliance and audit readiness, while mentoring engineers and enforcing global standards for performance and security.

Qualifications

• Hands-on endpoint engineer with Windows/macOS experience across corporate, R&D, and manufacturing environments.
• Strong automation track record reducing manual effort and increasing reliability.
• Experience with IaC and automation tooling is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the technical direction and standards for Windows and macOS endpoints across Corporate, R&D, and Manufacturing environments.
• Design scalable, secure endpoint architectures using Intune, MECM, and Jamf.
• Lead and manage complex endpoint projects from planning to execution.
• Partner with Security, Infrastructure, Manufacturing IT, and R&D to ensure compliance, validation, and audit readiness.
• Serve as senior technical escalation point for endpoint issues and architectural decisions.
• Establish and enforce endpoint standards, lifecycle processes, and best practices globally.
• Develop and enforce policies and procedures to ensure performance and security.
• Mentor senior engineers through design reviews and best-practice guidance.
