Insight Global is seeking an IT Staff Engineer 2 in Phoenix to lead Azure Virtual Desktop and endpoint engineering initiatives, owning design, deployment, and operation of AVD environments using Nerdio, Intune, MECM/SCCM, AD/Entra ID, and Group Policy to optimize security, reliability and user experience.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in Endpoint Engineering or End User Computing, a Bachelor's degree, strong PowerShell skills, and cross-functional leadership experience.

Formación

• 7+ years in Endpoint Engineering or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Deep hands-on Azure Virtual Desktop expertise.
• Experience with Nerdio, Intune, MECM/SCCM and Windows endpoint management.
• Strong knowledge of AD/Entra ID, Group Policy and PowerShell.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex Endpoint Engineering and AVD initiatives from design to deployment.
• Engineer and optimize AVD host pools, session hosts, and images.
• Manage endpoints using Nerdio, Intune, MECM/SCCM and Azure services.
• Improve reliability, security, automation, and monitoring of endpoints.
• Provide Tier 3/4 escalation support for endpoint and AVD issues.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
