• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in Endpoint Engineering or related field.
• Advanced hands-on experience with Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Experience with Nerdio, Intune, MECM/SCCM, and Windows endpoint management.
• Strong automation and PowerShell scripting skills.
• Knowledge of security controls, audit support, and change management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex Endpoint Engineering and AVD initiatives from design to deployment.
• Engineer and optimize AVD environments including host pools and images.
• Use Nerdio, Intune, MECM, Azure AD to manage endpoints and VDI.
• Improve reliability, security, automation, and operational standards.
• Mentor engineers and provide Tier 3/4 escalation support.
