Job summary

S&C Electric Company is seeking a Senior Endpoint Support Analyst to join a high-performing team responsible for over 3,000 client computers, printers, and mobile devices across six countries. The role requires expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and JAMF, with strong scripting and problem-solving skills.

You will lead endpoint projects, support hybrid and cloud environments, and ensure security, reliability, and user-focused service delivery. Travel as needed is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Expertise in PowerShell and scripting practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Azure and Intune.
• Proficient in Microsoft Intune MDM/MDA.
• Proficient in VMware vSphere technologies and best practices.
• Experience configuring and supporting Windows/Linux/macOS/JAMF and Microsoft 365 products.
• Strong customer service orientation with attention to detail.
• Proven problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Endpoint environments with 3000+ devices, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Proven expertise in managing OS, iOS, Linux imaging, patching, and automated software deployment processes to streamline device lifecycle operations.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell, Linux, or similar tools to improve operational efficiency.
• Experience implementing and supporting endpoint security technologies (BitLocker/FileVault, EDR/AV, MFA, vulnerability management).
• Provide expert support for hybrid and cloud environments, including Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure.
• Lead complex technical projects and initiatives, driving continuous improvement and innovation in Endpoint management best practices.
• Respond to high-priority incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align Endpoint Support strategies with organizational goals and compliance requirements
