Job summary

Marsh, a global leader in risk, reinsurance and investments, seeks an experienced Investment Consultant to work with Endowment and Foundation clients. The role supports design, development and communication of investment solutions, including alternatives, in collaboration with our internal teams.

Based in one of several U.S. offices, this hybrid role requires at least three in-office days per week and focuses on client service, relationship-building, and business development to grow our

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• CFA, CFP, CAIA or advanced degree preferred.
• 7–15 years of experience in investment consulting or related field.
• Proven history of excellent client service with endowment/foundation clients.
• Ability to communicate traditional and alternative investments clearly.
• Experience presenting complex topics to clients with varying sophistication.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients’ staff, investment committees, and boards to deliver investment advice and solutions.
• Engage with Endowment and Foundation clients to support growth of investment services.
• Design, develop, and communicate investment solutions including alternatives for clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams on investment strategy, portfolio management, research, marketing, and sales.
• Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to their career development.
• Grow client relationships and help expand services to new clients.
