Marsh is seeking an experienced Investment Consulting professional to join the Investments & Retirement team, serving Endowment and Foundation clients across multiple major markets. This hybrid role requires three days in the office weekly, with client-facing responsibilities including investment strategy, portfolio management, and solutions design.

The candidate should have 7–15 years of related experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and advanced certifications (CFA/CFP/CAIA or equivalent).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• CFA, CFP, CAIA or advanced degree preferred.
• 7–15 years of experience related to this position.
• Proven history of excellent client service with endowment and foundation clients.
• Ability to communicate traditional and alternative investments to clients.
• Experience presenting complex topics to clients with varying levels of sophistication.
• Self-motivation and ability to work well in a team.

Responsabilités

• Work with clients’ staff, investment committees, and boards to deliver investment advice and solutions.
• Leverage expertise to design, develop, deliver, and communicate investment solutions for clients, including alternatives.
• Collaborate across internal teams on investment strategy, portfolio management, research, marketing, sales, and consulting practice.
• Mentor junior colleagues in their career development.
• Engage with clients and prospective clients to grow the breadth of services offered.
