Marsh is seeking a talented investment consultant to join our Investments & Retirement team. The role supports Endowment and Foundation clients with a focus on growth investments. It is a hybrid position based in multiple U.S.

cities, requiring at least three days in the office weekly. You will work with client staff, investment committees and boards to deliver recommendations and implement investment solutions, including alternatives.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; CFA/CFP/CAIA or advanced degree preferred.
• Proven history of excellent client service, especially with endowment and foundation clients.
• Ability to communicate traditional and alternative investments to clients.
• Experience presenting complex topics to clients with varying levels of sophistication.

Responsabilidades

• Work with client staff, investment committees and boards to deliver investment advice and solutions.
• Design, develop, deliver, and communicate investment solutions for clients, including alternative investments.
• Collaborate with internal teams on investment strategy, portfolio management, research, marketing, sales and consulting practice.
• Mentor junior colleagues in their career development.
• Engage with clients and prospects to grow the breadth of services we deliver.
