Marsh is seeking a skilled Investment Consulting professional to join the Investments & Retirement team. The role serves Endowment and Foundation clients with a focus on growth investments and collaboration across internal teams. Hybrid work requires in-office presence at least three days per week in multiple U.S.

cities. You will design, develop and communicate investment solutions, including alternatives, while mentoring junior colleagues and expanding client relationships.

Formación

• A bachelor's degree preferably in a field relevant to this position.
• CFA, CFP, CAIA or advanced degree preferred.
• 7 - 15 years of experience related to this position.
• Proven history of excellent client service, preferably with endowment and foundation clients.
• Demonstrable communication of both traditional and alternative investments to clients.
• Experience presenting complex topics to clients with varying levels of sophistication.
• Self-motivation and proven ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapidly changing environment.
• Eagerness to learn and keep up to date with the investment industry and market conditions.
• Strong business development orientation through building client relationships and growth opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Work with clients’ staff, investment committees, and boards to deliver a spectrum of investment advice and solutions.
• Partner with Endowment and Foundation clients and institutional accounts.
• Design, develop, deliver, and communicate investment solutions for clients, including alternatives.
• Collaborate across internal teams on investment strategy, portfolio management, research, marketing, sales, and consulting.
• Mentor junior colleagues in their career development.
• Engage with clients and prospective clients to grow the breadth of services we deliver.
