Job summary

Marsh is seeking an experienced Investment Consultant for our Investments & Retirement team, based in Seattle with a hybrid schedule (minimum three days in the office). You will work with Endowment and Foundation clients, designing, communicating, and delivering investment solutions, including alternatives, while collaborating with internal teams and mentoring junior colleagues.

Requirements include a bachelor's degree, 7–15 years of related experience, and CFA/CFP/CAIA or an advanced degree

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; CFA/CFP/CAIA or advanced degree preferred.
• 7–15 years of relevant experience with endowment/foundation clients.
• Proven ability to communicate traditional and alternative investments clearly to clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver investment advice and solutions to clients, including endowments and foundations.
• Collaborate across teams on investment strategy, portfolio management and client engagement.
• Mentor junior colleagues and grow client relationships.
• Present complex topics to clients with varying levels of sophistication.
