Job summary

Marsh, a global leader in risk, reinsurance and capital, people and investments, seeks an experienced Investment Consultant to join the Investments & Retirement team. This client-facing role focuses on Endowment and Foundation clients and is based in a hybrid model across major US cities, requiring in-office presence at least three days per week.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree preferably in a field relevant to this position.
• 7–15 years of experience related to this position.
• CFA, CFP, CAIA or advanced degree preferred.
• Experience with Endowment and Foundation clients.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients’ staff, investment committees and boards to deliver investment advice and solutions.
• Leverage expertise to design, develop, deliver, and communicate investment solutions for clients, inclusive of alternative investments.
• Collaborate across internal teams on investment strategy, portfolio management, research, marketing, sales, and consulting practice.
• Mentor junior colleagues in career development.
• Engage with clients and prospective clients to grow the breadth of services we deliver to help them advance their missions.
