Job summary

Centers for Gastroenterology in Northern Colorado is seeking an experienced Administrator to provide overall administrative and operational leadership for two established endoscopy centers.

This senior role oversees performance across both locations, focusing on operations, financial results, regulatory compliance and continuous survey readiness, while collaborating with physicians, nursing and staff to ensure exceptional patient care and experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree and progressive healthcare management experience.
• Experience with ambulatory surgery/endoscopy settings preferred.
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations, staffing, patient flow and quality management.
• Proven ability to lead teams and hold staff accountable.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic administrative and operational leadership for two endoscopy centers in Northern Colorado.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, survey readiness and high-quality patient care.
