Centers for Gastroenterology is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Administrator to provide overall administrative and operational leadership for two established endoscopy centers in Northern Colorado.
This is a senior leadership position with responsibility for the overall performance of both centers, including operations, financial performance, physician relations, regulatory compliance and continuous survey readiness. This position will collaborate with nursing and clinical leadership to ensure the highest quality of patient care and efficiency across both locations.
The Administrator will work closely with physicians and practice leadership to ensure that both centers operate safely, efficiently and consistently while delivering an exceptional experience for patients, physicians and staff.
We are looking for an experienced healthcare leader who is comfortable taking ownership, making decisions, holding teams accountable and continuously improving the performance of the organization.
Master's degree in healthcare administration, business or related field. Previous experience as an Endoscopy Center Administrator, Director of Ambulatory Surgery, ASC Director or comparable position. Experience managing multiple locations. Experience with high-volume GI/endoscopy operations. Experience with CMS and accreditation surveys. Experience with AAAHC, Colorado State Surveys, and/or The Joint Commission. Experience developing and managing QAPI programs. Clinical background, RN/BSN is preferred but not required.

The ideal candidate:
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, nursing or related field. Minimum of 5 years of progressive healthcare management experience. Demonstrated leadership experience in an ambulatory surgery center, endoscopy center, hospital outpatient department, procedural center or comparable healthcare environment. Demonstrated experience managing clinical and non-clinical staff. Strong understanding of healthcare operations, staffing, patient flow and quality management. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with physicians. Strong financial and operational management skills. Demonstrated ability to lead teams and hold employees accountable.
