Job summary

United Digestive is looking for a Registered Nurse Manager to oversee patient care in the Endoscopy Center. You will assess, plan, and coordinate nursing care, ensuring adherence to policies and promoting positive patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, state licensure as an RN, and experience in surgical services or GI endoscopy. Strong management skills are preferred, along with BLS certification.

Qualifications

• State Licensure as Registered Nurse (RN) required.
• Experience in surgical services and/or GI endoscopy required.
• BLS certification required, ACLS certification recommended.

Responsibilities

• Assess and coordinate patient care from admission to discharge.
• Provide direction to nursing staff and maintain a safe environment.
• Facilitate quality improvement in the delivery of care.
