Job summary

MatchPoint Solutions in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a Senior End User Computing (EUC) Engineer to define and deliver the strategy, architecture, and transformation of the company’s end-user computing environment, with a focus on modern workplace technologies and secure, scalable experiences.

You will join the IT Global Infrastructure & Operations team and work hands-on with SCCM/MECM, Intune, JAMF Pro, Entra ID, Active Directory, and ABM, coordinating with vendors to diagnose and resolve OS issues.

Qualifications

• This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field and 10+ years in EUC or related areas.
• Hands-on design and administration of endpoint management technologies (SCCM/MECM, Intune, JAMF Pro, Entra ID, AD, ABM).
• Experience diagnosing OS issues with vendor collaboration is essential.

Title: Senior End User Computing (EUC) Engineer

Overview

The Senior End User Computing (EUC) Engineer is responsible for defining and delivering the strategy, architecture, and transformation of Client’s end-user computing environment. This role focuses on modern workplace technologies, endpoint management, digital experience, virtualization, mobility, identity integration, and automation—ensuring a secure, scalable, and high-performing user environment across a global enterprise.

This position is part of the IT Global Infrastructure & Operations team based out of Sunnyvale.

Since this role is going to assist existing EUC Engineers with operational tasks as well as providing best practice inputs on endpoint management strategies, please ensure future candidates have the following capabilities at a minimum.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in End User Computing, Workplace Engineering, or Infrastructure Architecture.
• In-depth experience (not just basic support but hands‑on administration/design) of our endpoint management technologies: SCCM/MECM, Intune, JAMF Pro, Entra ID, Active Directory, ABM. Bonuse if they have any DEX tool experience such as Nexthink or Systrak.
• Experience in managing incidents on endpoints and driving to root cause using endpoint logging tools on Windows and MacOS. Experience with working with vendors (ie. Microsoft, Apple, etc) to diagnose and troubleshoot deeper underlying OS issues.
• Knowledge of modern endpoint management strategies for both hardware and software lifecycle. Including DEX score analysis and understanding of how to improve user experience.
