Job summary

MatchPoint Solutions in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a Senior End User Computing (EUC) Engineer to define and deliver the strategy, architecture, and transformation of the company’s end-user computing environment, with a focus on modern workplace technologies and secure, scalable experiences.

You will join the IT Global Infrastructure & Operations team and work hands-on with SCCM/MECM, Intune, JAMF Pro, Entra ID, Active Directory, and ABM, coordinating with vendors to diagnose and resolve OS issues.

Qualifications

• This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field and 10+ years in EUC or related areas.
• Hands-on design and administration of endpoint management technologies (SCCM/MECM, Intune, JAMF Pro, Entra ID, AD, ABM).
• Experience diagnosing OS issues with vendor collaboration is essential.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver EUC strategy, architecture, and transformation for a global enterprise.
• Lead modernization of end-user computing, security, and automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with vendors (Microsoft, Apple, etc.) to diagnose and resolve complex OS issues.
• Mentor junior EUC engineers and contribute to best-practice endpoint management.
