Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a network, computer, or management related field with substantial IT experience.
• Associate degree in a technology-related field with extensive IT experience.
• Strong foundation in application architecture, integration, and system design principles.
• Experience designing and supporting cloud-native solutions, preferably in Microsoft Azure.
• Security and compliance expertise.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, engineer, and implement robust application solutions aligned with enterprise architecture.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle of application platforms including deployment, configuration, maintenance, and optimization.
• Enforce engineering standards, guardrails, and best practices across all solutions.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Development, and Business teams to deliver aligned solutions.
• Mentor Application Administrators and engineers on design, automation, and best practices.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex issues; drive optimization and high-quality releases.
