Job summary

Farm Credit Bank of Texas is seeking an End-User Computing Senior Engineer to lead the architecture, design, and support of the EUC environment. You will collaborate with Security, Infrastructure and application teams to deliver secure, scalable end-user computing solutions.

The role emphasizes automation, advanced engineering, and mentoring, guiding a team to improve operational efficiency and roadmap alignment across the organization.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree, technical school certification or equivalent technical experience.
• Professional certifications in Microsoft, Omnissa, VMware or related technologies.
• Four (4) to seven (7) years of experience as a Systems Administrator, Systems Engineer, End-User Computing Engineer or similar technology role.
• Experience administering enterprise Windows environments and endpoint management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Monitor health, performance and availability of EUC services and infrastructure.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for desktop and VDI technologies.
• Design, implement and maintain automation solutions to reduce manual effort.
• Security-focused engineering practices to harden endpoints and remediate vulnerabilities.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with IT teams to support strategic technology initiatives and roadmaps.
