Job summary

Ameriprise Financial is seeking an experienced End User Computing Engineer to support complex EUC environments. You will design, implement, and govern endpoint management across Windows, macOS, and mobile devices, with a focus on Intune configurations and security baselines.

Collaborating with Security, Architecture, and Operations, you will ensure secure, scalable, and user-friendly solutions, aligning with ITIL processes and enterprise browser governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 5-7 years of relevant engineering experience supporting enterprise endpoint technologies.
• Strong experience supporting Windows endpoint management in a large enterprise environment.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Experience designing and implementing endpoint configuration, compliance, and security policies.
• Experience managing enterprise browser platforms, including Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, browser policy management, extension governance, and browser security controls.
• Experience with Microsoft Edge Management Service or similar enterprise browser management technologies.
• Experience supporting macOS and mobile device management platforms.
• Experience with PowerShell automation and scripting.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Experience working within ITIL-based operational processes including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support endpoint management solutions across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms.
• Develop and maintain Microsoft Intune configurations, compliance policies, security baselines, application deployment standards, and device management strategies.
• Design and implement endpoint policies using modern management technologies and Group Policy where appropriate.
• Evaluate, test, and validate new configurations, technologies, and security controls prior to production deployment.
• Collaborate with application owners to ensure endpoint compatibility and a positive user experience.
