L3Harris Technologies in Camden, NJ seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead the growth and execution of production programs within the Maritime Integrated Systems and Encryption (ISE) business, overseeing life‑cycle management, contract execution, and cross‑functional coordination to deliver advanced defense solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 12+ years of relevant experience, or 16 years in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with fixed-price and cost-plus contracts, including major subcontracts.
• Expert EVMS knowledge demonstrated on successful production programs.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance.
• PMI-Program Management Professional (PMP) certification or working toward certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of program managers and cross-functional teams across multiple sites.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders and internal teams.
• Manage program cost, schedule, and technical performance for multiple development, production, and qualification efforts.
• Develop and monitor financial forecasts and budget performance, including variance analysis.
• Implement Earned Value Management (EVM) processes, baselines, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with Master Schedulers and planners to develop baseline program plans.
• Develop work breakdown structures, risk management, and resource plans.
• Perform lead-time and critical-path analysis on multi-level designs and hardware builds.
• Facilitate continuous process improvement and provide program performance reporting.
• Manage procurement, build, and test of complex electronic systems within budget and schedule constraints.
• Travel up to 10% as needed.

Job Summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 12 years of relevant experience; or Graduate Degree and 10 years of relevant experience; or 16 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with fixed‑price and cost‑plus contracts, including major subcontracts.
• Expert EVMS knowledge demonstrated on successful production programs.
• Demonstrated ability to lead proposal development and capture efforts.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance.
• Project Management Institute (PMI) Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification or working toward certification.

Preferred Additional Skills

• Experience in a manufacturing, production, or highly schedule‑based environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, data analysis using graphs and pivot tables, and schedule management tools such as Microsoft Project.
• Proficiency in SAP, MS Office, MS Project, and Cobra.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and financial data analysis.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross‑functional environment, facilitating collaboration among engineering, QA, test, and supply‑chain teams.

Salary & Benefits

In compliance with pay‑transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $153,000‑$284,000.
