Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst, Informatics (Encounter Technical Analyst) to analyze and document data, perform root cause analyses, and deliver reports to support business needs. You will work with claims and encounter data, write SQL queries, and help drive system enhancements and stakeholder collaboration.

You should have 1+ years of analytics experience, strong SQL skills, and healthcare experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years of programming or analytical experience with SQL.
• Experience in a data warehouse environment with large datasets.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Healthcare claims/encounters experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Write simple to complex SQL queries and reports for data analysis.
• Proactively define, identify, develop, and implement system enhancements.
• Develop and prioritize system updates; execute test scripts and report results.
• Proficient in SQL; write and modify queries, interpret results and perform RCA.
• Manage multiple projects forward and be responsible for results.
• Establish relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
