Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or engineering required; licensure (RA/PE) preferred.
• Minimum 15 years in architecture, engineering, or construction.
• Five years of forensic/investigative project experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project team and provide technical direction; review field and document findings.
• Own project delivery—scope, schedule, quality, and execution.
• Build and maintain client relationships; proactively communicate project status and changes.
• Support business development with proposals, scopes, and budgets.
• Coordinate with consultants to produce drawings, specs, and bid documents.
• Travel up to 30% locally and regionally.
