Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture.
• 7–12 years of industry experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building types and construction processes.
• Experience in construction administration or owner’s representation preferred.
• Proficiency with architectural software and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical team member and project lead.
• Collaborate with project teams on building envelope reviews and evaluations.
• Build rapport with clients, internal team, consultants and site contacts.
• Review drawings, specs, contracts, and budgets for projects.
• Prepare formal reports and travel to client sites as needed (25–50%).
