Job summary

ECS Group is seeking a senior Building Enclosure specialist in Texas to lead regional projects and provide expert oversight. You will support building enclosure teams, review technical reports, and contribute to proposals while driving business development through strong client engagement.

The role requires 12+ years of relevant experience, PE/RA licensure, and proven leadership in a consulting environment. Expect regional responsibilities and mentoring of staff within a national firm.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Civil Engineering, Architecture (NCARB), Structural Engineering, or Architectural Engineering preferred
• Licensed or certified as at least one of: P.E., R.A., IIBEC RRC/RWC/REWC/RBECxP, BECxP/CxA+BE (UW–Madison)

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise and support building enclosure staff in the region.
• Oversee projects and perform technical report reviews.
• Prepare and review proposals and assist with business development.
• Develop client interactions and market our services.
• Lead and coach junior staff members.
• Perform responsibilities at the regional level.
