Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in EMS or related field required.
• 3–5 years EMS experience, including 2 years supervisory, or equivalent training/experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates daily EMS operations.
• Plans and manages fleet purchase, refurbishing, and disposal.
• Provides leadership during major incident responses and EOC activations.
• Oversees development and enforcement of operational protocols.
• Coordinates equipment maintenance and supplies distribution.
