Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff, directs and evaluates personnel, and handles performance appraisals.
• Plans schedules, monitors progress, and ensures compliance with standards and SOPs.
• Oversees EMS daily operations, training, and liaison with hospitals and public safety agencies.
• Assists in planning and directing EMS delivery across the system.
• Prepares budgets, purchases equipment, and maintains equipment maintenance.
• Responds to emergencies and coordinates medical services as EMT-Paramedic level.
