Responsibilities

Supervises, directs, and evaluates assigned staff; handles performance appraisals.
Coordinates work and schedules; maintains standards and answers questions.
Manages emergency services operations and staff training; maintains procedures manuals.
Assists in planning and directing delivery of emergency services across the system.
Prepares budget considerations and prior fiscal planning for the division.
Ensures adherence to medical and response protocols and SOPs; updates as needed.
Liaises between CHS Ambulance Service, hospitals, and public safety agencies.
Responds to complaints and information requests; maintains records and reports.
