Job summary

MWResource, Inc. supports Energy Management Systems (EMS) and power systems applications, including Power Flow, State Estimator, Contingency Analysis, Load Frequency Control, and more.

Role involves design, development, testing, validation and implementation of EMS/OTS modifications and enhancements, reporting to Grid & Market Solutions leadership. Requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience and a Bachelor's in Electrical/Computer Engineering or CS.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Understands and applies principles, theories and concepts related to the profession and company’s culture.
• Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
• Impact is generally limited to specific assignments or projects.
• May respond to inquiries and/or provide assistance to lower level workers.
• Acts as a consultant, representative and subject matter expert in EMS/OTS environments.
