Job summary

MWResource, Inc. seeks an experienced engineer to support EMS and OTS applications, including Power Flow, State Estimator and Contingency Analysis. You will design, test, validate and implement enhancements while coordinating with Market Participants for EMS/OTS setups.

The role requires at least 5 years of related work and a Bachelor's in Electrical/Computer Engineering or CS; a Master’s is preferred. Opportunities include working with grid engineering teams and maintaining system reliability.

Qualifications

• Requires minimum 5 years related work experience beyond degree requirements.
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field is required.
• Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science is preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Support EMS and OTS applications through design, testing, validation and implementation.
• Coordinate setup and testing with Market Participants for EMS/OTS environments.
• Perform model load testing and real-time data updates per procedures.
• Assist in EMS/OTS enhancements and ensure system reliability and continuity.
