Job summary

The role involves design, development, testing, validation and implementation of EMS modifications, reporting to the Grid & Market Solutions Applications Engineering leadership. The candidate will work with cross-functional teams, perform model testing, coordinate setup with market participants, and ensure system reliability

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years related work experience beyond degree requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science or related field.
• Master's degree preferred; combination of education and experience may apply.

Responsibilities

• Understands and applies principles, theories and concepts related to the EMS domain.
• Performs testing, validation and implementation of EMS applications changes.
• Collaborates with senior engineers and managers to meet departmental goals.
• Supports documentation, training and knowledge transfer for EMS/OTS environments.
• Acts as a technical SME for EMS and related real-time market applications.

Education

Bachelor's Degree : Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field (Required)

Master's Degree : Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field (Preferred)
