Job summary

MWResource, Inc. is seeking an experienced engineer to support EMS/OTS power system applications, including Power Flow, State Estimator, and Dispatcher Load Flow. You will participate in design, testing, validation and implementation to enhance EMS and RTN market activities.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in related work and a BS in EE/CE/CS, with a Master's preferred. Based in the United States, the position will involve coordinating with Market Participants and senior staff.

Qualifications

• Requires minimum 5 years related work experience beyond degree requirements.
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science or related field required.
• Master's Degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Supports EMS and OTS design, development, testing, validation and implementation.
• Performs model load testing in EMS/RTN Market and updates data in real-time.
• Acts as SME for EMS/OTS environments and provides guidance to teammates.
• Coordinates test setup with Market Participants as appropriate.
• Maintains and troubleshoots EMS and OTS applications and interfaces.
