We Are Legal Revolution in Chicago is seeking a Senior Employment Litigation Attorney to lead matters on both the plaintiff and defense sides, with the freedom to build your own practice. You can mentor junior attorneys within a boutique, employment-focused team and influence client matters from inception to resolution.

The role emphasizes strong writing, advocacy, and autonomy, with a base salary of $150,000–$200,000 depending on experience, plus bonus opportunities and a fully remote work

Qualifications

• 6+ years of employment litigation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage employment litigation matters from inception through resolution.

I'm currently working with a boutique Chicago employment law firm looking to add a Senior Employment Litigation Attorney with experience on both the plaintiff and defense side. This is an opportunity to take a senior role within a close-knit practice, mentor junior attorneys and continue building your own practice.

The Role

• Ability to manage matters with a high degree of autonomy.
• Proven ability to mentor junior attorneys.
• Portable book of business preferred, but not required.
