Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree required and active license to practice in Ohio.
• Minimum of 8+ years in employment litigation.
• Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform legal research and draft memoranda, motions, and pleadings.
• Attend court conferences and manage discovery-related activities.
• Draft position statements and dispositive motions; counsel clients on employment-law matters.
