Aionios LLC is seeking an experienced Employment Attorney for its Salt Lake City practice. The role offers exposure to sophisticated employment matters within a national platform, with client-facing duties, depositions, hearings, and trials.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of attorney experience, Utah bar admission, and strong research, writing, and advocacy skills. Remote and hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of attorney experience in employment law or employment litigation.
• Active Utah Bar admission required.
• Experience handling matter stages from pleadings to trials is preferred.
• Strong academic credentials and proven research/writing abilities.
• Ability to manage assignments with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Handle employment-related litigation through various stages of the process.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other substantive filings.
• Manage written discovery and conduct legal research.
• Take and defend depositions; develop case strategy with senior litigators.
• Prepare for and participate in hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Work directly with clients throughout the litigation process.
