Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking a seasoned Employment Law Attorney (Senior or mid-level) to join our litigation team and handle complex labor and employment matters. The role focuses on defending and prosecuting employment disputes including class and collective actions, wage-and-hour claims, and wrongful termination cases while providing strategic counsel to employers and managing case teams.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and active bar admission in the hiring jurisdiction.
• Senior Attorney: 7+ years of labor and employment litigation; mid-level: 2–6 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience handling employment litigation, including class actions, wage-hour, wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage employment litigation matters from intake through trial and appeal, including class actions and wage-hour litigation.
• Develop case strategy, draft and respond to pleadings, motions, discovery, and briefs; argue dispositive motions.
• Conduct and defend depositions, prepare witnesses, and lead trial preparation and courtroom advocacy.
• Counsel clients on employment law compliance, risk mitigation, policies, and internal investigations.
• Supervise, mentor, and review work of associates, paralegals, and support staff; manage budgets and timelines.
• Negotiate settlements and participate in mediations and ADR proceedings.
