Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on employment law compliance at federal, state, and local levels.
• Represent clients in employment litigation including discrimination and wrongful termination.
• Draft and review employment policies, contracts, severance agreements, and settlement documents.
• Conduct legal research on statutes, regulations, and case law.
• Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Negotiate settlements and facilitate dispute resolution.
• Manage case files with case management software.
• Provide training sessions on workplace rights and obligations.
• Stay current with developments in employment law.
