Boutique Recruiting is seeking a Senior Employment Litigation Associate for our Denver office. The role involves independently managing complex employment litigation from inception to resolution, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and trial work.

Advisory duties include counseling employers on federal and state employment laws and policy development. The ideal candidate has at least 6 years of employment litigation experience, strong trial and writing skills, and a proven ability to

Qualifications

• Active Colorado bar admission required
• Minimum of 6 years of employment litigation experience
• Demonstrated trial experience
• Ability to independently manage litigation from inception through resolution
• Experience handling Title VII, discrimination, harassment, unpaid compensation, and wage-related claims
• Strong skills in pleadings, discovery, motions, and depositions
• Excellent academic credentials, legal research, writing, and analytical abilities
• Strong organizational and deadline-management skills
• Excellent communication and client-relations abilities
• Proactive, self-motivated and collaborative work style

Responsibilities

• Independently manage employment litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Draft and respond to pleadings, discovery requests, motions, and other litigation documents
• Take and defend depositions, argue motions, and participate in trials, evidentiary hearings, and mediations
• Represent employers on Title VII, discrimination, harassment, unpaid compensation, and wage-related claims
• Develop litigation strategies and provide practical legal guidance on complex matters
• Advise clients on federal and state employment laws and regulatory compliance
• Draft and revise employee handbooks and workplace policies
• Provide training and guidance to employers on day-to-day employment law challenges
• Collaborate with partners and legal teams on multiple matters
• Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and strategic counsel
