The candidate should independently manage sophisticated matters, develop a book of business, and contribute to the firm’s growth strategy.

The role emphasizes strong writing, advocacy, and leadership abilities, with admission to both the New Jersey and New York Bars required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management-side complex employment litigation experience.
• Admission to both the New Jersey and New York Bars is required.
• Excellent legal writing, analytical, research, and advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and responding to pleadings.
• Managing discovery and e-discovery strategies.
• Drafting and arguing motions, both dispositive and non-dispositive.
• Taking and defending depositions.
• Leading or participating in mediations and trials.
• Mentoring junior attorneys and collaborating with litigation teams.
• Supporting business development and practice growth.
