Bressler, Amery & Ross, P.C. seeks an experienced Associate to join our New Jersey office. The ideal candidate will have 3–7 years of business and employment litigation experience, J.D.

from an accredited law school, and NJ bar admission in good standing (NY admission a plus). Lead multifaceted cases through discovery, motions, and trial preparation while providing strategic counsel and meticulous legal drafting.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
• NJ bar admission in good standing required; NY admission a plus.
• 3–7 years of experience in business and employment litigation.
• Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Strong oral advocacy and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex business litigation matters through discovery, motions, and trial prep.
• Provide expert legal analysis and strategic advice on employment issues.
• Draft comprehensive and well-reasoned opinion letters on employment and business disputes.
• Conduct in-depth legal research to support litigation strategies and client advice.
• Collaborate with partners, associates, and clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Mentor junior associates and contribute to a collegial environment.
• Engage in business development and maintain strong client relationships.
