Responsibilities

• Advise educational institutions on employment law matters
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and litigation

Qualifications

• Active California State Bar membership
• At least 4 years employment law experience, with 2 years advising educational institutions

• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Experience with school boards and HR preferred
• Must be based in California
