Job summary

Lam Research in Oregon seeks an experienced attorney to provide employment law counseling for a Fortune 500 multi-national. You will manage litigation and internal investigations, working closely with HR and senior leadership.

You will also develop employment-related trainings, oversee outside counsel and budgets, and lead data privacy projects across U.S. and international teams. Travel required; reports to the Associate General Counsel in Fremont, CA.

Qualifications

• Qualified attorney with 7–10 years of employment law practice.
• Experience with international and U.S. employment laws preferred.
• Admitted to practice and in good standing in Oregon (CA preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide employment law counseling for a Fortune 500 high‑tech company.
• Manage litigation and dispute resolution in courts and agencies.
• Oversee internal investigations with HR and senior management.
• Develop training programs on employment matters for large groups.
• Manage outside counsel and budgets.
• Lead projects on employment/HR issues and data privacy.
