Job summary

Trinzic seeks an experienced Senior Counsel, US Employment to join its Legal Department. You will advise business leaders and People teams on a broad range of U.S.

employment matters, manage litigation with outside counsel, and help shape employment policies and practices during a pivotal growth period. Reporting to the VP, Litigation & Employment, you will handle matters across the United States, including government contractor considerations, and mentor teams on compliance and risk mitigation

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and in good standing.
• 8+ years of labor and employment law experience at a national firm or corporate legal department.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical employment law counsel across the United States for employee relations, performance management, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
• Partner with business leaders and People team on strategic legal risk management and policy development.
• Manage employment litigation and coordinate with outside counsel; oversee discovery and case strategy.
