Trinzic is seeking an experienced employment attorney to join its Legal Department as Senior Counsel, US Employment. You will advise business leaders and People partners on a broad range of labor and employment matters across the United States.

The role oversees employment litigation, agency proceedings, internal investigations, policy development, and government contractor compliance, partnering with outside counsel as needed in a fast-changing, highly regulated environment.

Competenze

• JD from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and in good standing
• 8+ years of labor and employment law experience at a top firm or corporate legal department
• Experience counseling employers on complex employment law matters across multiple jurisdictions
• Experience managing employment litigation and administrative proceedings

• Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice on a broad range of employment law matters
• Serve as trusted advisor to business leaders and People team stakeholders
• Manage employment-related litigation and administrative proceedings, coordinating with outside counsel
• Respond to agency charges and represent the company in mediations and proceedings
• Conduct internal investigations and advise on corrective actions and risk mitigation
• Draft and update employment policies and workplace practices to ensure compliance
• Advise on government contractor compliance, including OFCCP and audits
• Provide guidance on labor relations, including bargaining, grievances, and NLRB matters
• Support workplace safety regulatory matters and liaison with OSHA
• Develop and deliver training on employment law topics
