Trinzic seeks an experienced employment attorney to serve as Senior Counsel, US Employment. The role provides practical, strategic guidance on a broad range of labor and employment matters across the United States, partnering with business leaders and the People team to manage risk and regulatory challenges.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required
• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 8+ years of labor and employment law experience
• Experience counseling employers across multiple jurisdictions
• Experience managing employment litigation and administrative proceedings
• Experience with government contracting preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide practical, business-oriented advice on employment law matters across the United States
• Advise business leaders and People team partners on risk and compliance
• Manage and coordinate employment-related litigation and regulatory matters
• Respond to agency charges and handle proceedings before federal, state, and local agencies
• Conduct and oversee internal investigations and risk mitigation strategies
• Develop, update and enforce employment policies and practices
