We Are Legal Revolution is seeking a Senior Employment Attorney/Partner for Manhattan or Orangeburg, NY with a remote option. The role offers a base salary of $200,000–$240,000 plus a bonus potential up to 35%, and partnership opportunities within a boutique platform serving national employment work.

The practice focuses on management-side employment litigation and counseling, balancing litigation and advisory work across multiple states.

Formación

• Active New York Bar admission.
• At least seven years of management-side employment experience.
• Strong employment litigation and counseling capabilities.
• Ability to manage sophisticated matters independently.
• Excellent written advocacy and client-management skills.
• Additional state bar admissions and an existing book of business are advantageous but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Defend employers in management-side employment litigation.
• Handle matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage-and-hour claims and other workplace disputes.
• Represent clients in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies.
• Advise employers on policies, compliance, employee relations and risk management.
• Draft employment agreements, policies and other workplace documentation.
• Manage matters independently while collaborating closely with firm leadership.
• Support and develop long-term relationships with business clients.
• Contribute to the continued growth of the firm’s employment practice.
